I’m not what you might call a “hard worker.” Actually, I’m quite the opposite. Despite my laid-back (read: lazy) approach to life I always seem to come out somewhat near the top.
I never study and never fail.
I’m not very good at my job yet my professional prestige increases.
In fact, I often do terribly stupid things and end up in a better position than where I started. One time I quit a job to clear my schedule for a date. A few weeks later I got a job earning double what I did at my previous job.
This sort of thing happens to me all the time. You should hate me for it. Seriously.
